- Ready to Ship orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. In case the  item is not in stock and ready to ship, it will be specially made for you. Please allow 1-4 weeks lead  time. Possible exceptions are specified on the product detail page 

- As an online shopper myself, I love to receive my purchases in the shortest period possible. Therefore, I will make every effort to shorten your waiting time too.

- Orders are shipped by Deutsche Post registered air mail with a tracking number. 

- Please note that the delivery period within europe is approx. 4-7 business days and for worldwide  shipping depending on the destination from 7-14 business days.

- Delivery times are estimated, delay by post, custom or holiday may occur.

- In case of delivery outside EU custom duty and/or import VAT may occur.
